Ventilated facades

Ventilated facades are named for venting layer or layers of air (W internal air space is a minimum of 30 mm) between the insulating material and an outer, decorative layer.

During the summer, when there is heating of the outer firewall density changes and the temperature of the internal air layer in the cavity relative to the ambient air. So heated indoor air creates a “chimney effect” and moving up through the air vents coming out. In this way, reducing the heating of the object constant movement of air from the bottom upwards.

In winter, there is no effect of this, because in the absence of stronger heating of the facing, the temperature of the ambient air and the air inside the venting space have approximately the same temperature and density, so that there is no significant air movement.

1. Composite panels (alucobond)
ALUCOBOND a composite material which is produced with a thickness of 2, 3, 4 and 6 mm. It consists of two aluminum covering sheet thickness 0.5 mm and composite core between the sheets.
This type of curtain wall features:

  • very simple and quick installation,
  • resistance to weathering
  • flatness of the surface, even after bending,
  • high strength provides the use of large flat surfaces,
  • huge selection of colors and light machining,

2. Coverings from board materials (manufacturers Parklex, FunderMax, Trespa, etc.)

Board materials are flat panels, reinforced with wood fibers treated under high pressure and at high temperatures. They have excellent thermal and mechanical performance. Extremely resistant to weathering. Sun, rain, humidity, have no effect on the exterior or the panel core. Even high or rapid temperature changes from -20 to +80 ° C does not affect the properties, stability or appearance. Modulus of elasticity, high ductility and strength flexibility guarantees resistance panels at high strikes.

The homogeneity and density of the core ensure that the panel has great pulling power which is particularly important when the panel outside (invisible) is attached with screws. They are available in a wide choice of standard colors and effects.

3. Wrap of ceramic plates
Editing is done on a flexible aluminum substructure with visible or invisible holder. These facades have fulfilled all the requirements that are considered when performing high-quality facilities.

This type of curtain wall features:

  • dimensional stability and high resistance to mechanical shock,
  • good control of humidity characteristic of all clay products,
